This is a reminder about the 2023 Self-attestation of Compliance Questionnaire (the “Questionnaire”) that was mentioned in a circular dated June 9, 2023 (Ref. No.: MSM/006/2023). All Participants are reminded to submit the Questionnaire by July 21, 2023, via the Electronic Communication Platform (ECP) at https://ecp2.hkex.com.hk/. ↗ The Questionnaire and User Guide for the ECP can be found on the HKEX Rule Enforcement webpage. Participants must complete and return the Questionnaire by the deadline in accordance with relevant rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary actions.
