Name Change of Financial Reporting Council Transaction Levy

The Financial Reporting Council (FRC) will change its name to the Accounting and Financial Reporting Council (AFRC) from October 1, 2022, as announced in a press release. As a result, relevant rules and procedures of the Exchange will be updated, including the renaming of the “FRC Transaction Levy” to “AFRC Transaction Levy.” The effective date of these changes will be announced later. Exchange Participants should prepare to update their systems accordingly, if necessary.
