Sustainability data solutions provider Deepki has acquired UK-based real estate sustainability consultancy Evora Global and its energy data collection subsidiary Metry, marking Deepki’s fifth acquisition following recent takeovers of AI startup Camion and energy service firm Sobre Energie. Founded in 2011, Evora offers professional sustainability consulting, software solutions and its proprietary SIERA platform for the real estate sector, while Metry delivers building energy data collection services. The integration of their automated data collection, industrial advisory and asset assessment capabilities with Deepki’s AI-powered SaaS technology will enable the firm to better help clients improve the financial and environmental performance of their real estate portfolios, optimize energy strategies and boost asset returns. Post-acquisition, Evora’s consulting team will work with Deepki under a co-sold model, with Evora’s SIERA system and Metry’s technology fully integrated into Deepki’s platform and data infrastructure to deliver comprehensive, data-driven sustainability solutions for global real estate clients.
