With effect from 1 April 2023, the Application for Disclosure of Protected Information (By solicitor or foreign lawyer/certified public accountant (practising)/financial institution or DNFBP) (PS3) is revised under section 23 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622). The revised information is related upon section 58(3) of the Ordinance.
