HKEX Issuer Access Platform to Launch in Q4 2026

On 29 June 2026, Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) announced that it will officially launch the new HKEX Issuer Access Platform (IAP) in the fourth quarter of 2026. Serving as the core online channel for listed issuers and their advisers to submit regulatory filings and conduct compliance communications with HKEX, the platform delivers centralised, secure and streamlined regulatory interactions. Its rollout will be carried out in phases: market advisers may complete registration and onboarding starting July 2026, while listed issuers will migrate to the platform in batches from October 2026, with each issuer receiving at least 12 weeks’ prior notice to ensure a smooth transition. Once full migration is completed, HKEX will revamp a dedicated portal on its official website to centralise disclosure of issuers’ information including director profiles, corporate events and key deadlines, granting investors near real-time access to public data and boosting market transparency and information accessibility.
