The Process Review Panel for the Insurance Authority (PRP) on 7 June 2024 published its 2023 Annual Report, covering 22 cases across areas such as Insurance Authority (IA)’s complaint handling, authorization of insurers, licensing of intermediaries, co-ordination with other financial regulators and exercise of statutory powers.
