Companies Registry fully resumes online services
The Companies Registry recently released an important update regarding the e-Search service of the e-Services Portal. The registry disclosed that the e-Search service, which had been temporarily halted for maintenance purposes, has now been fully restored. Effective from 5 pm on April 20, users can once again access and utilize the e-Search service to obtain valuable information and perform searches related to registered companies.
The e-Search service plays a vital role in facilitating business transactions and promoting transparency in the corporate sector. It allows users to retrieve essential details about registered companies, including their names, registration numbers, and registered addresses.
Additionally, users can also access information about company directors, shareholders, and the company’s financial status. With the resumption of the e-Search service, individuals and organizations can conveniently obtain accurate and up-to-date information on companies, aiding them in making informed decisions and conducting due diligence.
