Banks will not request customers to disclose sensitive personal information like login passwords or One-Time Passwords through phone calls, emails, or SMS (including those with embedded hyperlinks). If anyone has provided their personal information or conducted financial transactions through the fraudulent website or App mentioned, they are strongly advised to contact the bank using the contact details provided in the press release.
