Circular on full adoption of e-IP application/submission system on WINGS

The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) has announced a one-month extension of the parallel run period for its new online application/submission system for investment products, e-IP, now set to end on 29 November 2024. Starting 30 November 2024, all applications and submissions must be made via e-IP. Launched on 29 July 2024, the system aims to streamline the processing of investment product applications. While the e-IP has received positive feedback and operates smoothly, the SFC will introduce new features based on user comments during the extended period.
