The Insurance Authority (IA) has issued a warning about a fraudulent article on two webpages falsely claiming that “Hong Kong Allianz Insurance” backs the “Cerebras Online Investment Platform.” Both Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty SE and Euler Hermes (Allianz Trade) have confirmed they are not associated with this platform. The case has been reported to the Hong Kong Police, and individuals who have shared personal information or conducted transactions with the platform should report it to the authorities.
