The Exchange announces that the listing of the Company’s shares will be cancelled with effect from 9:00 am on 17 July 2024 under Rule 6.01A(1). Trading in the Company’s shares has been suspended since 4 April 2022. Under Rule 6.01A(1), the Exchange may delist the Company if trading does not resume by 3 October 2023.
