The HKMA has published the 22nd edition of its Complaints Watch, a bi-annual newsletter that informs the banking industry about the complaints received by HKMA. The newsletter covers the latest complaint trends, emerging issues, and good practices that AIs can adopt to uphold proper standards of conduct and prudent business practices. The Complaints Watch is intended to be shared with individuals in institutions who are responsible for selling retail and investment products, risk management, compliance, and complaint handling.
