The Company Registry (CR) has released a gazette notice under section 23 Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622). The revised Ordinance will come into effect on from 1 June 2023. Form PS3 for Application for Disclosure of Protected Information is revised according to section 58(3) of the Ordinance.
