The Exchange has announced that the Company’s shares will be cancelled from trading on 2 May 2023, under Rule 6.01A(1), as trading had been suspended since 5 May 2021 and the Company failed to resume trading by 4 November 2022. The Listing Committee had decided to cancel the listing on 23 December 2022, which was upheld by the Listing Review Committee on 18 April 2023. The Exchange has requested the Company to make an announcement about the cancellation and advises shareholders to seek professional advice for any queries regarding the delisting.
