The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited has announced that Sky Chinafortune Holdings Group Limited’s shares will be delisted under Rule 6.01A(1) with effect from 9:00 am on 20 April 2023. Trading in the Company’s shares has been suspended since 2 September 2021, and the Exchange may delist the Company if trading does not resume by 1 March 2023. The Company failed to meet the resumption guidance set by the Exchange and did not resume trading in its shares by the deadline. As a result, the Exchange’s Listing Committee decided to cancel the listing of the Company’s shares on 31 March 2023.
