The shares of China Zhongwang Holdings Limited will be delisted from the Exchange on April 13, 2023, under Rule 6.01A(1). The trading of the company’s shares has been suspended since August 30, 2021, and the company failed to resume trading by February 28, 2023. As a result, the Listing Committee decided to cancel the listing of the company’s shares on March 24, 2023, and the Exchange has requested the company to make an announcement about the cancellation.
