Vodafone has partnered with Citi to introduce environmental criteria to its Supply Chain Finance Programme. Under the new initiative, eligible Vodafone suppliers can receive preferential financing rates from Citi by disclosing environmental data and demonstrating an improvement in their performance. This scheme aims to encourage suppliers to reduce their carbon footprint and help Vodafone achieve its Scope 3 emissions targets. Citi is committed to helping clients achieve their environmental goals and has implemented sustainable Trade and Working Capital solutions, including Sustainability-linked Supply Chain Finance.
