The LYCRA Company Sets 2030 Supply Chain Emissions Reduction Goal

The LYCRA Company has announced a 2030 goal to reduce its supply chain emissions. The Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) has approved their targets to align with a 1.5°C climate trajectory. The company aims to cut Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 50% and reduce Scope 3 emissions from purchased goods and services by 25% by 2030. They are transitioning to cleaner energy sources and renewable electricity, and are working with suppliers to lower-impact inputs.
