Euronext, the leading pan-European market infrastructure, has announced a series of initiatives aimed at promoting sustainable finance and supporting companies in their transition towards ESG practices. These initiatives were unveiled during the first Euronext Sustainability Week, a week-long event dedicated to sustainable finance. The company introduced My ESG Profile, a digital tool that allows issuers to showcase their sustainability efforts and provides investors with access to relevant ESG data. Euronext is also launching a family of biodiversity indices, the Euronext Biodiversity Enablers index, which highlights companies’ positive impact on biodiversity. Furthermore, Euronext is expanding its ESG education programs and has established the Euronext Foundation, which aims to support local sustainable communities and projects in areas such as financial literacy, diversity and inclusion, and marine resources.
