DiversityInc has released its 2023 Top Companies for Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) list, which recognizes U.S. companies for their efforts in promoting workplace fairness through talent strategy, supplier diversity practices, and philanthropic engagement. The top company on this year’s list is Hilton, followed by U.S. Bank, Mastercard, and Walmart. The list is based on survey submissions from U.S. employers with at least 750 employees and evaluates verified policies, practices, and procedures within each company’s industry. DiversityInc’s Specialty Lists assess companies based on group performance, and the results were unveiled at an event on May 2, 2023.
