UBS Publishes 2022 Sustainability Report

UBS’s commitment to sustainability goes beyond investments and extends into the organization itself. UBS has taken some actions to reduce its environmental impact, including transitioning to 100% renewable energy, increasing energy efficiency and reducing waste. UBS is also committed to promoting diversity and inclusion throughout the organization and the communities it serves.

The 2022 Sustainability Report outlines UBS’s progress in key areas such as social impact, responsible business practices, diversity and inclusion. UBS’s investment in sustainable finance and investments has seen considerable growth since 2021. In 2022, UBS invested assets in sustainable investments grew to USD 268 billion, a significant increase from the prior year’s total of USD 251 billion. The substantial asset increase highlights UBS’s commitment to a low-carbon economy and sustainability initiatives.

UBS is dedicated to providing transparency and disclosure around its sustainability efforts. As part of this commitment, UBS publishes annual Sustainability reports each year.
