75% of respondents perceived similar or easier credit approval stance in the third quarter of 2019, down from 81% in the previous quarter. 25% of respondents perceived more difficult credit approval stance, up from 19% in the previous quarter. Of those respondents with existing credit lines, 68% reported that banks’ stance on existing credit lines was easier or unchanged in the third quarter of 2019, dropping from 93% in the previous quarter. 32% of respondents reported rightened bank’s stance on existing credit lines in the third quarter of 2019, compared with 7% in the previous quarter.
